So what were my other highlights of the last week?
- US – P/Es versus earnings
- Global – institutional investors ignore debt
- Europe – Mrs Merkel works hard but European growth is shabby
- Fixed income – bonds aren’t going to return a lot but investors pursue junk
- China – low inflation and just look at those brokerage accounts!
- Japan – it just is not working Mr Abe
- And finally…don’t get stressed so buy gold
