Three interesting charts

I try to place all the interesting charts I find over the weekend in my Sunday evening piece 'Stories we should be thinking about' (you can find the latest edition of this here).  Here are three more though:

You don't see many house price forecasts like this at the moment.  Globally major conurbation property excitement is a bubble:

 
 
And people wonder why the US is struggling to grow...it is not just consumer/individual debt, patchy employment and general uncertainty...but also the government fiscal austerity too.  Equally applicable to Europe
 

Following on from the above, look at the rising labour force participation rates for the 65+ age group in the US.  This is driven purely by current economic circumstances
