  1. Thanks for that list, Chris. I thought I might ask if you have anything written up on the transition to a post-industrial situation where skilled labor is under heavy competition from substitutes. Seems this must be conditioning the current recovery strongly, with statistical growth that does not fully translate into sufficient trickle down in employment and wages. Thanks.
