Charts today - S&P targets, big US market ratios, the commodity signal and the cost of going to University

Some charts of interest today.

How long before strategists en masse upgrade their S&P targets?  Unfortunately correlation with real market insight remains rather mixed...

Still, I though the Chicago Federal Reserve National Activity Index was quite solid (even if it never particularly breaks materially above flat)
